Everything is made to order to be kinder to the planet. We operate a zero-waste policy, so it might take a little longer to get to you. If you are based in the UK, your will be sent via Royal Mail or a trusted courier for orders outside of the UK. Our estimated dispatch & delivery time is 5-7 working days. A signature may be required, therefore where possible, please use a delivery address where someone will be available to sign. Alternatively, if it is more convenient, you can amend the delivery address during checkout to a different address.
Europe & the rest of the world: We use several trusted couriers for our orders outside of the UK. Our estimated dispatch & delivery time is 7 working days.
Depending on where you live, we use Royal Mail 48 or several trusted courier companies like DHL.
Anywhere in the world! There’s nowhere we are not able to send orders.
If your order is tracked: When the order process is complete, tracking information will be provided, this will include the courier we have used and any tracking information that is available. It may take a day or two for the tracking number to become active, so please do not worry if you don’t see an update immediately. Please note that not every delivery destination is covered by tracking.

We offer free worldwide shipping on all orders over £100.00

We also offer an express service for all orders and can ship your order by Royal Mail Special Delivery or courier for overseas orders.
If your order is being shipped outside of the UK, it may be liable to local taxes or duties. Any such charges are your responsibility
You can cancel your order at any time before it goes into production. Simply send an email to firstname.lastname@example.org with 'Order cancellation' and your order number in the subject line and we'll cancel it straight away.
All prices shown include VAT at the standard UK rate. Orders shipping outside of the UK will not be subject to VAT so the total price will reflect that. In all cases, you will see the VAT rate and amount to be charged when you checkout. From 1 January 2021, orders shipped to EU countries will not be subject to VAT however the recipient may be liable to local taxes or duties.
Returns & Refunds
We hope that you love what you buy, but if you aren’t happy with your item, we’ll be more than happy to offer an exchange or a refund. We have a 28-day return policy, that means you have 28 days after receiving your item to request a return. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
Should you wish to return or exchange your item, please ensure:
The item is returned within the return period The item is in the same condition as received & in the original packagingThe valid proof of purchase or order number is supplied
The customer is responsible for the cost of the return postage. We recommend that items are returned via a tracked service. Damaged or lost items cannot be replaced or refunded. Please retain your proof of postage until we confirm via email that we have received your goods.
We will notify you via email once your return or exchange has been received and that it has been processed. We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. Refunds are made via the original payment method. For exchanges & refunds, we do not reimburse the original or return shipping charges unless the item is damaged or faulty. Refunds can take between three to five days to reach your account.
If you receive a faulty item, please email photos of the item along with your order number or valid proof of purchase to email@example.com that we can rectify the issue.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
