UK: Our orders are sent via Royal Mail if you are based in the UK. Our estimated dispatch & delivery time is 5-7 working days.

EUROPE & REST OF THE WORLD: We use a number of trusted couriers for orders outside of the UK. Our estimated dispatch & delivery time is 7 working days.

Please note: If you are purchasing from the EU, Channel Islands or Rest of World you will be responsible for any costs incurred such as import duties.


We hope that you love what you buy, but if you aren’t happy with your item, we’ll be more than happy to offer an exchange or a refund. We have a 28-day return policy, that means you have 28 days after receiving your item to request a return. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

Should you wish to return or exchange your item, please ensure:

  • The item is returned within the return period 
  • The item is in the same condition as received & in the original packaging
  • The proof of purchase and order number is supplied


The customer is responsible for the cost of the return postage. We recommend that items are returned via a tracked service. Damaged or lost items cannot be replaced or refunded. Please retain your proof of postage until we confirm via email that we have received your goods.


We will notify you via email once your return or exchange has been received and is being processed. The refund will be made via the original payment method. For exchanges & refunds, we do not reimburse the original or return shipping charges unless the item is damaged or faulty. Refunds can take between three to five days to reach your account.

If you receive a faulty item, please email photos of the item along with your order number and proof of purchase to so that we can rectify the issue. 


Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
