We hope that you love what you buy, but if you aren’t happy with your item, we’ll be more than happy to offer an exchange or a refund. We have a 28-day return policy, that means you have 28 days after receiving your item to request a return. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
Should you wish to return or exchange your item, please ensure:
The item is returned within the return period
The item is in the same condition as received & in the original packaging
The valid proof of purchase or order number is supplied
The customer is responsible for the cost of the return postage. We recommend that items are returned via a tracked service. Damaged or lost items cannot be replaced or refunded. Please retain your proof of postage until we confirm via email that we have received your goods.
We will notify you via email once your return or exchange has been received and that it has been processed. We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. Refunds are made via the original payment method. For exchanges & refunds, we do not reimburse the original or return shipping charges unless the item is damaged or faulty. Refunds can take between three to five days to reach your account.
If you receive a faulty item, please email photos of the item along with your order number or valid proof of purchase to firstname.lastname@example.org so that we can rectify the issue.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
